Terms and Conditions

Definitions

"Company" shall mean Net Innovations, incorporating and including e-mailnames.

"Client" shall mean a person in the process of purchasing goods or services from this Company, unless context implies otherwise.

"Customer" shall mean a person who has completed the purchase of goods or services from this Company, unless context implies otherwise.

Cancellations and Refunds

The receipt of a Client's order shall be acknowledged by this Company by e-mail.  The process of transferring ownership of the corresponding domain name(s) to a Client, via the central registry, shall commence immediately on clearance of the Client's cheque or money order.  Once this transfer process has started, this Company cannot accept cancellation of an order, substitution of a different name or names, nor make any refund.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This Company does not warrant that the service will meet any particular requirements, that the service will be uninterrupted, that e-mails will be sent or received within any particular time, nor that the service will be secure or error free.  This Company does not give any warranty in respect of any goods or services purchased or obtained through the service nor in respect of any transactions entered into through the service.

Property Rights

This website and affiliated websites of this Company, which include but are not limited to text, software, code and graphics, are protected by Copyright and no person is entitled nor authorised to copy nor reproduce nor distribute nor adapt any content therein without the explicit written permission of this Company except for persons directly connected with this Company and acting in strict pursuance of the business of this Company.  In addition to Copyright, there are Trademarks, Logos, Property, and Intellectual Property Rights that relate to the service as owned by this Company and which also cannot be used without permission.

Responsibility of Use

This Company cannot accept any responsibility for the use of domains bought by Customers of the Company.  This Company accepts no responsibility for any content on the websites of their Customers as the content thereon is out of the control of this Company and has no connection to this Company.

Indemnities

When a domain name is purchased from this Company, the Customer agrees to indemnify this Company against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from the use or ownership of that name, against any breach by the Customer of these terms and conditions and against any liabilities claims and expenses against this Company in connection with any claim, action or proceeding brought by any third party as a result of the Customer's use of the service.

Future Registry Fees

Transfer of ownership of a name from this Company to a Customer also transfers the responsibility for meeting the routine future costs involved in preserving that domain ownership, including, but not necessarily limited to, the bi-annual payment of the central registry fee, or a server's annual hosting fee. This Company does not warrant that domains are sold with a particular period still to run before such maintenance fees will next need to be met by the Customer.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.  The Customer and this Company shall agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
